Marketplace Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all game account purchase transactions carried out through the Marketplace feature on ByBanana. By clicking the Confirm Purchase button, the buyer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated on this page.

Marketplace listings are digital products in the form of game accounts. We act as an intermediary connecting sellers and buyers and facilitate transaction settlement according to the applicable mechanism.

   The buyer must choose an available game account and enter a correct game ID / destination account when making a purchase.
2. 02
   Payment is made through the methods available on the payment page. Orders are processed after payment is successfully confirmed by the system.
3. 03
   The buyer must ensure all entered information is correct before payment. Input errors are the buyer's responsibility.
4. 04
   After successful payment, the buyer will receive an Invoice Number as valid proof of transaction.

   Account credentials (login ID and/or password) are delivered automatically through the marketplace system or manually by our team as required by the product.
2. 02
   Once the credentials are handed over and received by the buyer, the transfer of account ownership is deemed complete.
3. 03
   Buyers are advised to change the password and enable security verification (e.g. 2FA) immediately after receiving the account to prevent unauthorized access.
4. 04
   If the account is not received within the specified time, the buyer can contact customer service with the Invoice Number and proof of payment.

   Buying and selling game accounts is against the terms of service of some game developers and may risk permanent banning by the respective game developers.
2. 02
   We cannot guarantee the long-term security of an account against the policies or actions of game developers, including but not limited to account bans, freezes, or item recalls.
3. 03
   The risk of account use after delivery, including bans arising from the new owner's activities, is entirely the buyer's responsibility.
4. 04
   We are not responsible for losses arising from account misuse, credential leakage caused by the buyer, or the buyer's violation of game terms of service.

   Once account credentials are delivered and received by the buyer, no refund can be made for any reason.
2. 02
   A refund may only be requested if the account was never received by the buyer or the credentials delivered were invalid at the time of delivery.

   Refund requests must include the Invoice Number, proof of payment, and supporting evidence within 1×24 hours of the transaction.
4. 04
   The refund decision rests with our team and is final. Approved funds are returned to the original payment method or account credit balance according to the applicable policy.

   Buyers are prohibited from making payments through illegal methods or using funds derived from criminal acts.
2. 02
   Buyers are prohibited from distributing, reselling, or claiming double ownership of purchased accounts in violation of the terms.
3. 03
   Buyers are prohibited from fraud, unauthorized chargebacks, or abusing the refund mechanism.
4. 04
   Violation of the above prohibitions may result in blocking of the marketplace account without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Indonesia.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to resolve it through deliberation first. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled through the competent courts in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
